Celebrate the start of the new school year with a delicious family brunch! On 1 September, we invite you to Grill 250°, where you’ll enjoy a generous buffet, irresistible desserts, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

🥗 On the brunch menu:

Start with a rich salad buffet featuring rocket, lamb’s lettuce, radicchio, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweetcorn, chickpeas, Parmesan, and mini mozzarella, served with a selection of balsamic dressing, yogurt dressing, olive oil, and herb oil. You’ll also find watermelon & feta salad, pulled chicken with curry mayonnaise, and sweet & sour forest mushrooms.

Our fish selection includes smoked and cured fish served with horseradish sauce and honey-mustard-dill sauce. The cold cuts selection features thinly sliced roast beef with tartar sauce, along with a variety of Italian cold cuts and cheeses. Fresh baguette, mini bread rolls, dark rye bread, butter, herbs, and sea salt complete the selection.

🍲 From the hot buffet, enjoy the season’s first sour cabbage soup.

For the main courses, choose from chicken fillet with delicate sage sauce, salmon trout with lemon butter sauce, meatballs in sweet tomato sauce, creamy mushroom risotto, penne pasta, and boiled potatoes with parsley. Younger guests, and anyone who loves crispy favourites, can also enjoy golden French fries and mini chicken schnitzels.

🧇 Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in a selection of Café Mademoiselle cakes, a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit, watermelon, pineapple, and strawberry skewers, and freshly baked waffles served with cherry compote and whipped cream.
